Starting stand up paddle boarding

I love doing water sports because you get such a great workout while being able to enjoy the great outdoors. I'm always looking for something new to try, so I've started doing stand up paddle boarding. It's quite relaxing because you go at such a slow pace, but it's also a really good full body workout. It works your arm muscles as well as your core as you try and stay balanced on your journey. I thought it would be cool to start a blog to share some of the tips I have learnt so far as a resource for other new stand up paddle boarders.
